🎤 Beyoncé vs. Madonna vs. The Greatest Female Pop Star on : Okay, let the debate begin! *** **Round 1** **Beyoncé:** Alright world, it’s Bey. Let’s talk “Greatest Female Pop Star”. Please. We are not even having a discussion, let alone an argument about who that really is. We know what time it is. I give the people iconic moments, vocal perfection, and stages that look like heaven’s party floor. *Lemonade*, *Homecoming* – impactful. Art, okay? And don't act like that ain't influencing the next generation because the girls wouldn't survive in these arenas without the queen and they know it! This ain't an ego thing, it’s facts. Period. *** **Round 2** **Madonna:** Well, hello there, darling. Madonna here, and “impactful” seems to be a buzzword these days. I’m here to remind everyone who set the precedent. Decades of pushing boundaries – musically, sexually, spiritually. Before there was a Lemonade, there was *Like a Virgin* scandalizing the MTV Video Music Awards. I created, I changed and revolutionized a whole industry when nobody believed anything was impossible. Now the question must be raised is do you take risks to stand for the issues nobody is brave enough to face in the current age? Do you create culture or merely participate in it? Something to think about, baby. *** **Round 3** **Beyoncé:** Risk, huh? Darling, you call dressing like a bride scandalous in the 80's a risk? Please! Now it is iconic but so does wearing underwear over jeans but are we wearing that look daily, no it stays in a picture of decades past! Try speaking on Black liberation during a super bowl halftime show watched by 117 million people with 3 kids watching from side-stage because now THAT is risk with that type of audience! Real revolution isn’t shocking the parents of white teenage girls, honey. It’s speaking truth to power when they have everything to take from you, especially on a grand stage, no cheap talk. And my children now sing about history so tell me, which revolution will still influence people when they're ready? The one who stood for all or that which wore the underpants on the outy!? *** **Round 4** **Madonna:** Brava, my dear. Clever and sassy. But Black liberation did not come with some catchy songs alone. Every queen standing has built her kingdom off a blueprint, now whether that person gave inspiration with skin being free from tan-line oppression is a topic for later, just think: Without Madonna unapologetically celebrating the gay community and openly defying social norms, those freedoms would be farther for liberation because when I kiss a girl at a moment everybody believes is disgusting that liberates just like when Martin spoke the dream or do we give zero value to a man standing and using the word dream outloud when racism still stands strongly and no money in the world. I don’t take away her art, she gave hers as she was built just I built so every black and non-binary could have equal treatment through freedom of expression because there are ways. Now do we value our art or value money? A question that seems tough to stand behind in current art where it should not even be thought of as it gets corrupted with such. *** **Round 5** **Beyoncé:** "Standing with" and experiencing *are not the same*, period. Nobody says "I wanna be that person who stood next to a movement as it rises through pain, blood and oppression! I understand completely! It just clicks.". And *please* lets speak the whole tea because you are missing something essential on the road. Are you also saying a song isn’t essential, a movie isn’t, a painting isn’t, the media for it is no value while preaching love as your most beautiful essence and creation? Then, what are you if not media yourself. I celebrate and love your stand when love was lost. No one argues, but do you celebrate every black female song-star while giving your beautiful energy with song after song or simply enjoy our culture because without you where your love comes from, nothing new from nobody and if everyone has to enjoy your culture before giving back, a very high price. Just think with what you are worth today after preaching equality and what are all your daughters from all across giving, a good question. I create WITH my culture, I don't "enjoy". There’s a difference! And the daughters know. Now please preach that and teach us how *** **Round 6** **Madonna:** Oh, darling, "with" *versus* "enjoy?" Semantics are cute, but meaningless in the big picture. Art, impact, risk, we’re discussing *that*. The very act of a straight, white woman fearlessly embracing gay culture *was* disruptive. I wasn't just standing, I was on the front lines and with everyone when it counted most for every black gay that wanted it. Tell that in a song of mine and you have no argument to the matter when your song inspires many to love themselves! Ask any queen who twirled in the clubs from Harlem or Miami on the late 80's because I love dancing just they and understand perfectly and let us not lie about those details! Do you remember their struggles from what has just been stated above? Where the daughters there? Can't bring something if nothing built it. Before you decide for the current times you might not of built everything they needed just made great buildings on very fragile floors. Now that might crack with storms coming just it's for building such beauty on our past sins is a blessing itself! You see darling it takes one to appreciate their faults to move forward. I move past the semantics as it's a new stage of life *** **Round 7** **Beyoncé:** But darling you only show their good while never diving into all sides. Just one queen, darling? In Miami or Harlem. Ok so how is their struggles on the ground in their voice celebrated when its still ignored? And let’s be clear – being an ally isn’t *all* the fight darling it never is as the media paints. Black voices for black struggles should ALWAYS be the face period for your brand is just there for a moment. *Being an* artist versus *an* icon because no matter who walks where everyone has their limits while many say icon must transcend which my goal from where your eyes stands for! Even an artist must not do, for they must always stand with pride in their own culture! I am living their struggle! Every drop in that glass shows an answer when everyone hears their thoughts, now there has never been no single word of doubt. What could you never do that those queens cannot to bring all they hold and built with? What can not and never could as for myself and where every person watching, that question for love is our light when we move, what did someone lack to stand proud with everything in mind that would give our love for change the moment it came? Can any take away from others just give *** **Round 8** **Madonna:** Oh, please! Do we need to litigate intent in how you stand and act for things just for moments in their lives!? So a woman shouldn’t embrace another culture out of simple artistic expression because someone should take offense that what it has to offer is unallowed out from the public or an outside point of view just from cultural perspective because someone said. I can give praise? Then I cannot dance from something else culture gave as it takes it and says "you stole!". An ally amplifies voices when it sounds true without no other purpose then to stand with each other on our faults. To stand and hold each other's arms or what ever physical affection in the end or if one wishes to not then with word in truth? Must one show weakness because now our voice stands as "its never your right to praise". But now to state I love them they turn their heads, what is this?! *** **Round 9** **Beyoncé:** But you’re still *speaking for* instead of uplifting THEIR voice so your purpose from my mind feels less impactful if someone must be under you. Yes you embrace but you MUST realize that your love gets muddled when what you bring in the other side becomes forgotten by time. You praise which means everyone says yes I gave everything in truth yet many hold what truly lies. Did someone feel heard? That the essential goal when helping should become apparent. It comes in every form from every thought! If its yes. Then so stands all but now you leave questions still so now its must feel forced. Is what given only the outside view that no longer shows from it for everyone gives all forms they could to give light? Am I truly seen is what one should not have to question by how someone should ever move in action or to hold with hands and word by someone who takes a stance and the truth rings forever for years past and more. And does never stand any truth that can hold through *** **Round 10** **Madonna:** There you have it, everyone, the paradox of greatness. No matter how many albums are sold or history changes no change happens if every culture has to sit down. As many voices they gave can now never move on if always someone above can now talk to and give voice so all our movements in any and can no longer reach a full cycle in where every culture learns from a side where both gain and can show what cannot so everyone knows. Its an end by being just words when actions is what matters in moments that no love. Even to those standing where only one view becomes love when nothing that could bring its stance when they fight from their voice which the cycle goes on forever with a lesson never fully being known and by a paradox where what that love moves can come out is love so we give up with our faults and forever stand And there, that's all I have to bring in the cycle to an end so if no questions for any that stood above or anything from someone I taught please ask as so all could rise above when the chance does not go past one I ask where do we show where to love through. No answers to my question it sits there when never to say the lesson *** I Hope you enjoy it!
